Recipe notes for  Garlic Noodles recipe

1-Noodles: you can use any type of noodles you prefer, egg noodles like the ones used in “chow mein”, whole wheat spaghetti, or regular spaghetti noodles.
2- Garlic: Fresh garlic is better used than canned garlic, to avoid preservatives, also, use the garlic immediately after cutting, to get all the fresh extract.
3-Parmesan cheese: you should know that Parmesan cheese contains a significant amount of salt, so don’t add much salt to the recipe, taste first after adding the Parmesan, then add salt if needed.
4-Spaghetti boiling water: Add some of the spaghetti boiling water to add moisture to the recipe while tossing the spaghetti in the garlic sauce, the boiling water contains starch, which makes the sauce thicker, also you need it smooth and moist while tossing, to prevent sticking, and to make the spaghetti well sauced.

(preparing the secret sauce): In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and the fish sauce with a teaspoon of sesame oil, and the sprinkle of cayenne powder and keep the sauce near you so you can add it immediately

On a low heat, melt the butter, and add the minced garlic, stir the garlic till it gives the aroma, and then add the secret sauce.

Boil the spaghetti noodles in salted water till it gets tender.

Add the cooked noodles to mix of sauce and garlic in the pan, and toss it till it gets
completely sauced, then add the parmesan cheese and toss it with the noodles
