½ Pack of broad Rice noodles
½ Tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
½ tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
2 minced garlic cloves
1 slice of fresh Ginger
2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon Corn starch
4 ounces of lean chicken breast

Recipe notes
1- Stir fry the chicken on high heat first, so you get the delicious brown layer and the crispy texture of the chicken.
2- You can use any type of noodles upon your choice, egg noodles, rice noodles, or even regular noodles, broad noodles are preferred over rounded noodles to get the crispy texture when fried, Boil each noodles according to the direction of it.

1- the colourful vegetables provide you with a full profile of all essential vitamins to the body, especially Vitamin C (in red bell pepper) Vitamin A (in carrots).
2- Broccoli is full of antioxidants that help the body get rid of free radicals, acting as
a natural anti-inflammatory and fights aging.
3-Lean chicken breast is the best source of protein as it is low in fats, low in cholesterol
and easier to cook compared to other sources.
4-the Chow mein noodles are made essentially from fresh eggs, so it’s considered healthier compared to ordinary wheat pasta, lower in carbohydrates, higher in protein and packed
with nutrients.
5- Sesame oil is a perfect source of essential fatty acids, high in antioxidants, and lower in
saturated fatty acids, sesame oil also is widely used in a Chinese kitchen, as it has good taste
and aroma.



In a wok, Stir fry the garlic and ginger with sesame oil till you get the aroma.


Add the pre-marinated and sliced chicken to the wok or your sauté pan
Cook the chicken till get tender.


Remove the chicken when cooked, Then stir the vegetables, start with
the harder vegetables (carrots and pepper) then add the green onions, broccoli, and the cabbage


Cook the Asian noodles two minutes, then drain it and heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, put the boiled noodles in the hot oil and fry it on a high heat to get the crispy texture.


In a small bowl, mix the chicken broth, hoisin sauce, the low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch, then add the rice wine vinegar to add a slight acidity to the sauce, then add the sauce to the chicken.


Serve the chicken on top of the fried chow mein noodles, with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
