Siu Mai is a traditional Chinese dish that’s Jiangsu cuisine. It is a steamed dumpling made from a lye water dough wrapper covering up most of the stuffing.

The Shumai recipes That I Called Also are Cantonese style Shumai. Though this edition of Shumai is now world-famous, Shumai has been originated from Inner Mongolia of China. The recipe for the delicacy has passed since the Ming dynasty and attracted to other areas of China. The first shumai out of Inner Mongolia is Full of meat (lamb) and veggies but has evolved to be the Recent recipes prevalent in Southern China and Hong Kong

 

The recipe is quite simple, requires ground chicken. Each of the components Can be readily found at regular shops and everybody can try out this chicken shumai recipe in your home!
