Healthy Sesame Beef Recipe

2 cloves of minced garlic
8 oz flank steak, sliced up into small strips
¼ sliced red bell pepper
¼ teaspoon of red chili flakes
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1/3 cup of water
2 stalks of green onion, cut into 2-inch length

Cook for about 1 minute or until the sauce has thickened. Next, add the scallions and stir continuously. After a few stirs, take the recipe off the heat and top it with the sesame seeds.
